Why is my upload taking too long to process?

Video uploads

There are a few steps you can take if video uploads are taking too long to process.

Before uploading the video:

1. Check your Internet connection: Make sure your internet connection is stable and fast enough to handle the upload. If you are using a wireless connection, move to a wired connection if possible.

2. Check your computer specs: If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, make sure it meets the minimum system requirements for the video upload.

3. Check the file size: Large video files can take longer to upload. Try reducing the file size by compressing the video or lowering the resolution.

Once a video file has been uploaded to our servers and submitted, it will begin processing. This usually takes several hours. In some cases, the file may be damaged or misinterpreted by our processing software. This can happen for a few reasons, such as:

  • the file being too short,
  • the resolution being extremely low,
  • incorrect metadata being placed by your device.

If you receive an error or if the video remains "In process" for too long, please contact our support team.
